Regardless of your health concerns or health history, my 8-week lifestyle and nutrition coaching program will help you discover the root cause of your symptoms, calm inflammation, restore baseline health, and transform your life.

I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, and diabetes as well as those wanting to lose weight. Too many of us are suffering unnecessarily with underlying inflammation and imbalances in our gut microbiome.

And inflammation manifests differently for everyone and can include everything from depression, anxiety, insomnia, and brain fog to skin issues, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, pain and digestive distress, among many other common but not normal conditions.

Chronic disease is often rooted in inflammation and imbalances in the microbes in our gut. And seven of the top ten causes of death are related to poor diet and lifestyle choices. If you are looking for a long-term solution to your health concerns and body weight, this program is for you.

Food can be the greatest form of medicine or a slow, deadly form of poison. Food is information and the choices we make are bringing us closer toward health and optimal wellness or closer to disease and suffering. Too many of us are metabolically unwell and suffering from chronic health conditions and/or symptoms that are keeping us from living our best life.

Coaching Structure 

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom

Initial Client Session includes an extensive review of client history and goal setting

This program includes weekly coaching sessions via Zoom

 Weekly sessions are 45-60 minutes in length

Clients also have access to me via telegram between sessions (M-Th)

Additional coaching sessions can be purchased following program completion
